Sandra Häntschel

I have worked for several years as a research assistant for Dr. Carlo Piltz, advising industrial companies on liability and data protection law. So I have specialized in the field of data protection law.

In order to gain a broader perspective on the topic of data protection during my legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, I also completed my administrative station at the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and was thus able to study the origin of fines and sanctions in current cases. On the basis of this experience, I was finally able to contribute to the design of the company during my elective station at a public transport company in the area of operational data protection.

At Piltz Legal, I am now particularly involved in implementing data protection regulations in companies and sensitizing employees in dealing with data protection incidents and advising clients in the area of health data protection.
