Philip Schweers

My legal focus is European data protection law and German procedural law. Since my legal clerkship at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Community, I have continuously worked in the context of data protection law. As a lawyer and certified data protection officer (GDDcert. EU), I have advised small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large corporations on how to manage and comply with requirements from data protection law.

As a former employee of  the Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information, I also have in-deepth knowledge of the views and procedures of the German and European data protection authorities.
